Alpesh Yoga and Breathing: Alpesh offers 6 day intensive Iyengar-style yoga courses in Dharamsala. Classes are run in the morning and evening. This 6 day intensive yoga course is offered to students of all levels - ability is not important, the willingness and drive to learn and go deeper into your practice is what counts. Students will be able to focus on improving their yoga asanas, developing awareness of the mind and body whilst furthering their understanding of yoga. With this course, you will deepen your Iyengar yoga and Pranayama practice and gain experience in sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge with others. You will learn to recognize body and mind sets, identify blockages, and discover the impact of yoga and Pranayama breath work on these. It will significantly impact the quality of your yoga practice, challenge insecurities, and increase your self-esteem and self-awareness, both as a teacher and as an individual. Alpesh teaches Hatha yoga in the tradition of Iyengar which focuses on aligning the body to allow the breath and energy to flow optimally throughout the body. After the course you will gain enough experience to take home your own self practice or prepare yourself for teacher training. Healing The Iyengar style is an ideal practice for those with physical health issues or old injuries. The focus on alignment in the body allows each individual to work within their own limits safely while still building strength and flexibility in the body. In Alpesh’s intensive course, you will receive personal attention in class, assistance in using props, and can work at your own pace to develop practice that is tailored to your needs. Alpesh has many years of experience using yoga to both heal himself and help others. Experienced practitioners and teachers For those who have experience in any style of yoga and experienced practitioners, this course will help deepen your own practice with the benefit of Alpesh’s knowledge of and focus on alignment. You will also learn variation of poses to accommodate various physical limitations based on the body’s needs, gaining experience in using modifications for both yourself and while teaching.


Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hours - An Overview

With our Teacher Training Course you will deepen your Hatha Yoga and Pranayama breath work practice and gain experience in sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge with others. You will learn to recognize body and mind sets, identify blockages, and discover the impact of yoga and Pranayama breath work on these.Emphasis is put on exploring yoga asanas and Pranayama breath work in order to gain insight in their effects on body and mind.

The Teacher Training Course offered at Alpesh Yoga and Breathing Center(Dharmshala, Goa) is a 200 hours course consisting of Hatha Yoga Iyengar style workshops, guided meditation and deep Pranayama breath work, philosophy, and yogic discussion.

Food & Accomodation

Private and shared Our accommodation at the resort, it has a fuss free, quaint and serene atmosphere. Each day began with us waking up to the beautiful sunrise, the soothing sound of the wind and the rejuvenating cool breeze.

Three vegetarian meals shall be provided within campus from Monday to Friday and Saturday breakfast is included in the price.
